Job Description:
As an Assistant Digital Marketing Officer at Tif Creative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. You will work closely with other function teams to execute various online marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in the ever-evolving field of global digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Influencer marketing
– Assist in influencer marketing projects by search best targets, analysis of targets, communication and negotiation.
– Followup with influencers in content creation and delivery.
2. Social Media Management:
– Assist in creating engaging and relevant content, mainly social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and more.
– Manage and schedule social media posts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
– Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
3. Campaign ideation
– Plan and create social media campaigns or other types of digital campaigns for clients
– Execute campaigns to achieve best results based on project targets
4. Tiktok
– Involve in the tiktok business setting up process.
– Assist in building service products and client pitch.
– Design and execute Tiktok campaigns
5. Research and Trends Analysis:
– Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
– Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
6. Email Marketing:
– Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and A/B testing.
– Analyze email campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
7. Analytics and Reporting:
– Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
– Prepare regular reports on digital marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
8. Collaboration:
– Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, PR, influencer marketing, etc for generating proposals and client pitching
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing related field
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, etc.).
– Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
– Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Detail-oriented and highly organized.
– Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
