We are currently looking for an Assistant E-Commerce Manager to join our growing Philippines-based team.
We focus on several verticals with a multi-brand approach, so a multi-tasking mindset is a must. You should be able to excel with varying degrees of structure and be able to think outside of the box to problem-solve. You must be resourceful, and not afraid to get into the details.
Initial Responsibilities:
• Learn all aspects of the website
• Help oversee, manage, optimize, and write product listings in Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and eBay
• Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices for selling on Amazon and E-Commerce in general
• Keep updated with advancements in AI and security
• Help manage, plan, and set up promotions and campaigns
• Work with the team to improve the website and its content
• Assist with product research and development
• Assist in customer service, including voice, chat, and email support
• Assist with outreach and link building, as needed
• Work with the E-Commerce Manager to develop and plan overall sales and growth
We are a growing organization so you must be flexible. Reliability is a strongly desired trait.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of Amazon and E-Commerce experience
• Customer service experience
• Excellent Excel skills
• Copywriting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Great time management skills
• Highly reliable
Nice to Have:
• SEO knowledge
• Email Marketing experience
• Graphic Design experience
• Knowledge of PPC Advertising
• Knowledge of Walmart, eBay, and other E-Commerce platforms
