-We are a growing e-commerce business seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to enhance our operations, with a focus on our Amazon Operations.

-This role demands someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses a good background in e-commerce operations or a fast learner.
-The successful candidate will play an important role in inventory management, PPC campaign optimization, and seamless coordination with suppliers and logistics. Additionally, planning and collaboration with designers for listing updates and creation.

*** Responsibilities: ****

1- Amazon Seller Operations: Assist with managing our Amazon seller account, including monitoring inventory turnover, addressing customer service inquiries as necessary, and managing product listings.
2- Inventory Management: Maintain oversight of inventory levels, making sourcing decisions based on accurate tracking.
3- Supplier and Logistics Coordination: Engage directly with suppliers for products sourcing and coordinate logistics with forwarders and warehouse staff to ensure operational efficiency.
4- PPC Optimization: Apply our established processes for optimizing PPC campaigns to enhance product visibility and sales, managing the advertising budget effectively.
5- Design Coordination: Plan ahead and coordinate with the designer for the update and creation of listing designs, ensuring that all product visuals are compelling and up to date.
-Note1: having good design skills is a plus.
6- Operational Support: Assist with various operational tasks, taking proactive steps to troubleshoot issues and propel the business forward and soon to expand our presence in the social media world.
Note2: Having a bokkeping/Accounting knowledge specially with Zoho ERP is a plus.

– A fixed monthly retainer of $300-$400 for the first six months, with the possibility of an increase or a sales performance-based incentive thereafter.
