Job Summary:

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the brand’s growth and success by managing various tasks, including overseeing customer service operations, conducting market research, assisting with finance-related activities, and contributing to overall company expansion. Responsibilities:

– Manage and supervise customer service team members, ensuring exceptional service to customers and timely resolution of inquiries or issues.

– Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to inform business strategies.

– Assist in financial activities, including budgeting, expense tracking, and preparing financial reports.

Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement growth strategies, new product launches, and marketing initiatives.

– Coordinate and oversee various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.

– Assist with inventory management, supply chain coordination, and order fulfillment processes.

– Support the executive team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or footwear industry.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an attention to detail.
– Proficiency in market research techniques and tools.
– Basic understanding of financial principles and experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
– Proficiency in excel and other online softwares
– Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
– Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members.
