Job Description

Virtual Assistant to support our thriving real estate business and promote further growth. Handling everything from transaction management to social media engagement, with the goal of streamlining our sales processes and enhancing our online presence through video and other marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate administration and detail oriented, be familiar with digital marketing practices, and possess the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high standards. Bonus availability with closed sales.

### Primary Responsibilities:

**Transaction Management:** Oversee all aspects of transaction coordination from writting a contract to close, including setting up inspections, communication with lenders and lawyers to assure a smooth transaction and that all parties have any documebts they need.
For listings entering MLS listings and photos for agent to review, following up with clients about closing locations, dates, and sellers with weekly updates on showings and feedback.
**Gmail management:** Make folders for each deal to better track communications
**Client Engagement:** Promptly request reviews from clients when offers are accepted and again at closing if a review has not been left prior to closing.
**Lead Management:** CRM lead follow up and engagement to promote new business as buyers or sellers and to keep us top of mind in real estate.

### Secondary Responsibilities:

**Social Media and SEO:** Scedual regularly post on Google My Business and LinkedIn, including pictures and Q&A sections.
**Assist in editing YouTube videos and reels that can be cut down and reporposed for, LinkedIn, tic-tok videos and other various platforms.
**Engage:** in Facebook groups to connect with potential buyers or sellers. This includes posting new listings to local sales groups with the links for lead generation in the groups that allow it. Also post to these groups about buyers we have and what they are currently looking for to potentially find a seller either for the buyer or for us to list.

### Requirements:###
Proficient in MLS systems, kvcore, Gmail organization, and basic video editing software. Strong writing and CLEAR english abilities for effective communication to myself and clients and content creation.?Positive attitude?Detail Oriented?Critical Thinking Skills?Problem Solver, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. (with my help of course)?
