Job Summary: General Administrative tasks, customer engagement, receptionist business communication email marketing producer, organizational skills and marketing fundamentals. Familiar with Digital Marketing concepts and social media platforms (ex. Facebook, IG, Tik tok, LinkedIn, twitter)

Role: Your role will be to work closely with the stakeholder to achieve strategic marketing assignments and regulate customer engagement processes while cooperating with office administrative functions and day to day business operation activities.

Major Functions: Customer engagement, Email campaign specialist, technical expertise an understanding of UX, Business savvy, Critical thinking
The ability to analyze and interpret data, Research skills, Problem-solving
The ability to prioritize, Strategic thinking, Communication skills

Full Job Description:
• Answer all incoming calls, relay messages, forward calls, transfer calls
• Call backs, send out reminders, and text message blast
• Create email newsletter campaign and Manage KPI’s
• Schedule virtual consultations: manage calendars, and set up Zoom calls
• Generate and draft emails
• Daily data entry on multiple software Google doc, Excel, Miro,
• Data Reporting

Job Requirements:
• Positive attitude
• Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, Adobe, Miro
• Drafting Email Newsletters
• Experience in working in fast-paced environments
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
• Willingness to learn and acquire new skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Cash/money management skills (preferred)
• Leadership management skills (preferred)
o Manager or administrative assistant experience
• Can type up to 40wpm
• Strong Organizational skills
• Experience preparing taxes or working at a tax office (not required but a plus)
