TECH SAVVY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WHO EXCELS IN ADMIN, GRAPHIC DESIGN, AND DATA ENTRY
Fertility Friday Publishing — a High-Level Women’s Health and Fertility Coaching Business — is currently looking for an ambitious, and experienced Administrative Assistant with a strong Graphic Design background to join our expanding Administrative and Marketing team. This individual will work directly with the Executive Assistant to the CEO to organize and systematize program marketing, and help develop the overall layout and production design for materials such as ebooks, brochures, magazines, reports, presentation slides, and social media graphics as needed.
Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)
—> Meet with management to determine the scope of requested projects
—> Create, maintain, and update Google Spreadsheets as needed
—> Input data as needed to keep track of company statistics, sales, client interactions, and other key metrics
—> Schedule social media posts using tool such as , Planoly, or other similar tools
—> Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs
—> Create visual elements such as logos, original images, social media graphics, and illustrations to help deliver a message
—> Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
—> Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
—> Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
—> Perform retouching and manipulation of images
—> Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
—> Provide creative and innovative takes on existing designs to up-level brand image.
Results (Expected Accomplishments)
—> Successfully complete requested projects in a timely manner
—> Produce professional and visually appealing results
—> Contribute to overall increase in new customer open rate, conversion rate and engagement metrics.
Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)
—> Must be able to Read, Speak and understand the English Language
—> Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant role
—> Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google documents, and similar tools
—> 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
—> Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
—> Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
—> Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
—> Knowledge of email marketing tools: Active Campaign and others
—> Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
—> Strong analytical skills
—> Excellent eye for detail
