Job Description

Main Business Objectives:

1. Drive HR team for the team goals.
– Weekly reports and responsibilities, ensuring team to act & resolve the queries related to HR

2. HR documentation
– Checking the profiles and reforming the team to keep proper notes on written messages, calls, EHR, etc; So that members & applicants don’t have to wait for the response.
– Team to ensure everything is updated and up to date on HER
– Checking offices , Suburbs, etc. to have the complete and proper details on the EHR.
– Checking and completing proper registration tabs through the applicant and personal logins.
– Documentations, updating and checking via applicants & personal logins.

3. Applicants & Members’ queries and resolving
– Ensuring team & self to resolve any kind of queries or issues which are related to members & Applicants within the TAT

4. Life cycle management of the Members and Applicants
– Managing the complete onboarding cycle for members & Applicants and this is an ongoing process.

5. Checking & Contracts
– Contracts endorsed for checking by the officers are checked & further sending the contracts to the applicants

6. Team building activities for Team
– Monday & Friday puddles , Organizing documentation, Refreshers trainings for HR officers
– Execution & implementation of Employee Engagements, Celebrating success by recognizing the team /individually on the team groups. Organizing the quizzes regarding documentation and the processes

7. Upgradation of contracts for members
– Members contracts revisions done for nurses & PCA’s as a part of routine, Working on the inactivation to activating members process ,Working on pending & expiration of documents of the members/staff

8. Checking , Responding & Resolving HR &docs emails ,Text message ,Calls
– Resolving any kind of Concerns and queries within the TAT via call ,emails and text ,also responsible for checking and resolving issues /concerns/queries received for members and applicants on HR ,Docs emails.

10. Members documentation Audits & Compliances
– To ensure completion & close the Audit related queries within the TAT with zero escalations, Zero compliance Failure process & policy implementations.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
· 3+ years of experience in document review and verification.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to document review and verification.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software programs.
· Able to start immediately.
· Candidates should be based in the Philippines

Working Conditions:

This position typically works in a remote office environment and requires prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. Some overtime or weekend work may be required during peak periods. The Document Verification and Review Officer will report to the HR Manager or other designated supervisor.
