This role is perfect for someone eager to demonstrate their skills in email management, data organization, and team collaboration while also contributing to the onboarding and support of fellow virtual assistants.

Key Responsibilities

Email Excellence: Efficiently manage a high volume of emails, ensuring professional responses, prioritized handling of urgent matters, and organized maintenance of the inbox.

Data Management: Ensure precise recording and organization of data in spreadsheets related to email correspondences and other administrative tasks.

Team Integration: Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance processes related to email and data management.

VA Assistance: Support other virtual assistants in collecting and verifying lead sheets while ensuring process adherence.

Onboarding Support: Take the lead in welcoming new VAs, providing essential training, and addressing inquiries for seamless team integration.

Digital Presence Management: Handle posting and management of content on social media and Amazon, including liaising with Amazon support to tackle any arising issues.

Requirements

A proactive problem solver capable of independent thinking.
Adherence to and optimization of laid-out systems.
Proven expertise in managing extensive email correspondences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central is an advantage.
