Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team and help oversee the day-to-day operations of our digital marketing software company. To qualify, you must put the word “apple” in the subject line to be considered.

The ideal candidate should possess a diverse skillset and a deep understanding of sales funnels, digital marketing, and business growth strategies. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the company’s leadership team to optimize the software system to drive lead generation, and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities:

Funnel Management: Know how to create effective funnels that are optimized for maximum conversions and sales. Monitor funnel performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance overall effectiveness.

Marketing Expertise: Possess a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, affiliate marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing. Know this so well that you can teach it to someone else.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiently navigate WordPress and other relevant platforms to build and maintain landing pages, course delivery systems, and affiliate marketing portals.

Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of engaging and persuasive copy for landing pages, email sequences, blog posts, and marketing materials.

Training and Support: Assist in developing training materials and resources for team members and affiliates to ensure they understand and effectively utilize the digital software system.

Data Analysis: Analyze business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize business results.

Business Growth: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement growth strategies, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth.

Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns and product launches within the funnels.

Requirements:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital digital marketing, or a related field. Prior success in optimizing digital marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets is a plus.

Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and strategies, including email marketing, affiliate marketing, and content marketing.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using WordPress and other relevant marketing tools and platforms.

Leadership Abilities: Ability to lead and collaborate with teams effectively, driving projects to successful completion.

Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights.

Agile Methodologies: Lead the adoption and successful implementation of Agile practices throughout the company. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Agile methodologies are effectively applied to improve project delivery and product development processes.

Scrum Master Responsibilities: Act as a Scrum Master for designated teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach team members on Agile best practices and ensure adherence to Agile principles.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and content creation.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to the dynamic nature of the digital marketing industry and stay updated on emerging trends and best practices.
