Job Description

Job Overview:
– Supervise trainers and be responsible for timely delivery of training.
– Assisting the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing training programs.
– Work with the business stakeholders to understand the training requirements for planning and delivery.
– Closely with the L&D manager to identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate
employee training.
– Involve in Quality check and bookkeeping training reports.
– Create business review decks.
– Should maintain the knowledge repository and make the necessary edits to keep the content current and
relevant.
– Monitor and report all training conducted by the business unit.
– Assist the business unit in the hiring process.
– Manage the shift roster and leave tracker.
– Engage in trainer development by providing feedback, performance improvement plans and continuous
monitoring.
– Develop content per the needs analysis.
– Participate in the business review call to understand the needs and requirements.
– Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
– Ensure the L2 evaluation framework is version-controlled to meet the effectiveness of the assessments.
– Excellent mathematical ability, strong analytical and decision-making skills

Required Technical Skills:
– Coming with US mortgage is an added advantage.
– Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel) suite of products skills
– Should have exposure to the learning management system.
– Should have exposure to in e-learning authoring tools.
– Excellent people management and stakeholder management

Qualification and Experience:
– Should be a graduate in any domain
– Should come with a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in learning and development.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Excellent Classroom Management and Facilitation Skills
