We’re looking for a freelance Assistant Marketing Manager to support Dribbble’s marketing digital campaigns, and handle all day-to-day marketing operations. You’re a self-starter with strong organization skills and an excellent eye for detail, working in a fast-paced changing environment. You’ll report to the Director of Growth.
As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
– Proactively supporting and contributing to the success of diverse marketing campaigns spanning multiple channels, including content creation, social media management, and email marketing, while ensuring alignment with the brand’s messaging and strategic objectives.
– Skillfully overseeing the development and scheduling of captivating content across various social platforms, including, but not limited to, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
– Performing comprehensive market research with unwavering diligence and dedication, meticulously gathering valuable insights into industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform data-driven marketing strategies and facilitate well-informed decision-making.
– Expertly analyzing and interpreting marketing data, delving into crucial metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance, skillfully preparing comprehensive reports and summaries to furnish the marketing team with invaluable performance evaluations.
– Demonstrating remarkable synergy and collaboration with cross-functional teams from sales, product development, and design, effectively fostering cohesive marketing initiatives that align harmoniously with overarching company goals.
– Maintaining a strong commitment to personal growth and continuous learning, actively staying updated on cutting-edge marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging tools and technologies to optimize marketing strategies and elevate overall campaign success.
We’re looking for:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. You have 5+ years of demonstrated experience in marketing or related roles is equally vital to bring impactful contributions to the team.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will be crafting compelling and persuasive content, while collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
