KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Possess a strong knowledge of e-commerce, mass communication, creative copywriting, and writing skills to effectively communicate the hotel’s message across various channels.
– Demonstrate the ability to work independently and thrive in a high-pressure environment, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities.
– Articulate hotel’s desired image, position and assure consistent communication of image and position throughout hotel both internal and external.
– Collaborate with internal departments, such as Sales & BD, Revenue Management and Rewards & Membership, to align marketing and communication strategies with business goals and objectives.
– Assists in developing and implement an annual Marketing Communications plan to sustain the Hotel’s & Company’s objectives.
– Develops and maintains up-to-date documentation, media database and photo library of the hotel in line with the Company’s standards and the Hotel’s requirements e.g hotel press kit, press list, library and all social media platform.
– Regularly monitors, clips and reports Hotel and competition media coverage and news. Preparation of monthly media impressions reports.
– Assists to monitor and control the yearly expenditure as budgeted.
– Actively and creatively promotes the hotel through media and public sources using diverse PR/Marketing tools (including photography, partnership marketing & online channels) in-line with the Company’s standards.
– Supervises, co-ordinates and controls the communication process in and between all departments of the hotel with public impact.
– Maintains effective internal communication with the Hotel Department Heads, Executive Committee, Corporate Team.
– To design overall artwork in compliance with Brand guidelines
– To ensures hotel’s graphic standards are in compliance with Brand guidelines.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
– 3 to 5 years proven work experience in marketing, communications, or public relations roles, preferably within the hospitality industry. Experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity is desirable.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, social media management, and content creation.
– Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
– Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
