Position: Assistant Marketing Manager

Your Role:
As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in driving our online sales and marketing initiatives to new heights. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, harnessing the power of various online channels to reach and engage our target audience. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a creative and driven team, enabling you to make a real impact on our brand’s online performance and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
-Create and manage reports that will inform stakeholders about the work, development, and results achieved by the marketing department. The reports included are but not limited to: marketing performance report, campaign analysis, budget, market research and competitive analysis, team performance, marketing ROI analysis.

-Develop and execute end-to-end online marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.

-Analyze and optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights, making strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

-Create compelling content and eye-catching visuals that resonate with our audience and align with our brand’s messaging and values.

-Manage our social media presence, engaging with followers and fostering a strong online community.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all online channels.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-Proven experience in digital marketing, online sales, or e-commerce roles, with a track record of successful campaigns and achievements.
-Familiarity with various online marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software).
-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
-Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and visual presentation.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for driving growth and exceeding targets.
