Position Overview:
As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our staffing services and enhance our brand presence. This position is specifically open for Filipino candidates who possess a marketing degree or demonstrate strong marketing experience. You will primarily focus on marketing tasks in support of the Marketing and Communications Manager.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Manager to create and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
Handle backend marketing tasks, including data analysis, market research, and campaign optimisation.
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing.
Answer social media clients and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor and manage our social media pages, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
Assist in creating marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
Coordinate and organise events to enhance brand awareness and engage with the target audience.
Analyse marketing metrics and present reports to the management team.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field OR substantial experience in marketing roles.
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
Creativity and innovative thinking.
