Position Overview:
As an Assistant Marketing Manager at Integrity Property Investment, you will play a key role in contributing to our company’s success by assisting in the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. This position involves collaborating closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to enhance our online presence and effectively engage with our audience.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies.
Manage backend marketing tasks, including the operation and optimisation of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Execute and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
Plan and market weekly webinars
Handle post-webinar updates to our Sales Department
Utilise webinar systems, particularly GoToWebinar, to enhance the effectiveness of virtual events.
Respond to inquiries and engage with the audience on social media platforms in a personable and timely manner.
Monitor and curate content on our social media pages to maintain brand consistency.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on creating marketing materials such as presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.
Analyse marketing metrics and generate reports for performance evaluation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field OR substantial experience in marketing roles.
Proven experience in executing successful marketing strategies
Strong English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey our brand’s voice.
Experience in running and managing a CRM system.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
Creative and innovative approach to marketing challenges.
Experience with webinar systems, especially GoToWebinar.
