We are a small but dynamic lead generation agency specializing in delivering high-quality leads to businesses around renewable energy and finance industries. We have an office based in Melbourne, Australia with a remote team spread across the Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Media Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing and lead generation. As an Assistant Media Buyer, you will work closely with our Media Buying team to support the execution and optimization of media campaigns across various platforms.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, etc.
– Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive insights.
– Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
– Monitor campaign performance and key metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the Media Buying team.
– Assist in budget management and allocation to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new advertising technologies, and best practices.

Must-Haves:
– Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
– Demonstrated ability to think on your own feet and come up with solutions to problems.
– Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in campaign setup and performance analysis.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with remote team members across different time zones.
– Prior experience in digital advertising or media buying roles is preferred.

Schedule and Location:
– Monday-Friday
We are a pretty flexible team. As long as you are available between 9AM-7PM AEST and reports are sent on specific hours, we’re cool.

– Saturday-Sunday
Due to ad campaigns running 24 days/7 days a week, we need you to check and monitor campaigns at least an hour or two every weekend just to make sure nothing blows up. Other than reports and making sure campaigns are running according to schedule, workload is light on weekends.

Compensation and Perks:
– P40,000 per month to start
– Semi-flexible work schedule
– 100% remote. Feel free to work anywhere in the world as long as you’re reachable.
