We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company. Our team is searching for a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Merchandiser (e-commerce) to help manage daily operations and contribute to our ongoing success.
Job Description:
As an Assistant Merchandiser (e-commerce), you will support our Amazon and Shopify store operations, ensuring both platforms run smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their skills in e-commerce management. Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day order Ecommerce Order Management
– Daily Shopify order check to ensure the success of all orders. i.e.: Cancellation of fraud orders, or payment failure for Subscription orders.
– Ensure all orders are fulfilled without any payment/shipment issues (out of stock, partial payment, others) with a problem-solving mentality and in close working collaboration effort with our customer service team.
– Uphold top customer satisfaction success and in alignment with our business objectives.
– Cross-check and manage all orders and shipments above through Shopify (Sales), Shipbob (Logistics)
– Manage brand and customer information by business objectives (Remove, and merge customers/ profiles from Klaviyo when requested to stop receiving email marketing)
– Key necessary product information (SKUs, Barcodes, HS codes, others) when the Shopify product listing page is created in accordance
Inventory & Shipment management
– Shipment creation for orders, and inventory shipments and ensuring all shipments are managed promptly.
– Oversee and manage adjustments for order fulfillment across Shopify & ShipBob
– Manage and ensure inventory accuracy across platforms
Reporting (Shopify + Amazon)
– Update sales revenue from Shopify + Amazon export excel for management report
– Support any other report required by the manager
Brand sentiments management
– Manage Reviews ( ) daily to unpublish negative reviews
– Ensure all store’s product pages do not have any negative reviews
Must-have experience:
– Know-how in Shopify order management (at least 1 year)
– Worked in DTC E-commerce own brand and managed day-to-day operations (bonus if applicant knows the US and EU)
– Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify admin interfaces
– Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
