MLM’s Production Department is primarily set as a Customer Service entity. Our Customers are not only external
but internal as well. That means our department is required to ensure homeowners and employees are addressed with
respect and empathy. Our attention to detail can make the project a smooth and pleasurable experience for our Project
Managers, Install Crews, Homeowners, and other MLM Home Improvement departments. Our goal should be to address and implement the following job-related responsibilities in a timely manner while maintaining communication with homeowners and other departments. This is accomplished by ensuring all relevant communication concerning our projects from request to completion is notated within the homeowner’s file.
Overview
Daily Responsibilities:
• Reports directly to the Production Manager
• Assists the Production Manager in day-to-day tasks
• Confirming contract details and installation dates
• Assists in overseeing quality control in the production process
• Reaching out to recently acquired customers to coordinate and schedule their project
• Maintain, update and protect sensitive customer data on all MLM platforms
• Coordinate schedules, and material orders, and review file/contract notes notes
• Receive incoming calls and assist new, existing, and previous customers with production-related needs
• Assists in coordinating and communicating project manager schedules
• Maintain a positive demeanor to ensure interactions with potential and existing customers are pleasurable
• Resolves contract or project disputes when necessary
• Assists in acquiring and vetting new subcontractors to work with MLM
• Work closely with customers, project managers, and vendors to ensure optimum productivity
• Liaising and coordinating production with other departments
• Updates the Production Manager on the status of all projects
• Supports change and continuous improvements in the production department

Department Expectations:
Individual daily expectations will be set for you. As you progress through the learning stages of the Assistant Project
Coordinator position the goals will be set as “starting expectations”. After this phase in your development as an Assistant
Project Coordinator these daily expectations will increase to an intermediate daily expectation. Utilize the scheduled
meeting with your supervisor to address any roadblocks that may be hindering your ability to meet daily department
goals.
