Position: Assistant Project Manager

Location: Remote (Must be able to work between 4 PM and 8 PM Philippine Time)

Start Date: Within the next 2-3 weeks

About Us:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing health food company in the UK seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our project manager. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including communication with clients, co-packers, and suppliers, and overseeing projects, particularly private label orders.

The role includes supporting the project manager with the current areas and tasks:

Oversee projects, primarily private label orders, but not restricted to them.
Ensure all order details are effectively communicated with co-packers/manufacturers.
Collaborate with the purchasing team to acquire all materials required for projects/orders.
Inform the purchasing team of confirmed orders.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding artwork.
Obtain confirmed pricing for labels, pouches, other packaging, or scopes.
Cross-check final prices with costing spreadsheets.
Place orders for packaging with relevant suppliers.
Coordinate the delivery of packaging and inform the purchasing team to plan raw material purchases and deliveries.
Communicate deadlines for raw material and packaging to the co-packer.
Confirm the arrival of raw materials and packaging and schedule production.
Arrange preproduction samples if needed.
Communicate weekly product priorities to the co-packer.
Confirm the best before date and batch number on packaging.
Coordinate the pick-up or delivery of goods and send relevant documents if required.
Update the sales team on the progress of the order.
Solve problems related to production, quality issues, paperwork, etc.

Requirements:

Availability to work between 4 PM and 8 PM Philippine Time (with potential overtime or flexible hours between 8 PM and 11 PM)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Previous experience in project management or a similar role is a plus.
