Job Description

We are a fast-paced content agency seeking an experienced assistant project manager to oversee our projects, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless project execution. As a project manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with our team members, and editors, designers, managing timelines, allocating files, and maintaining effective communication with clients. This is a remote position, and we are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational and English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams, including editors, designers, and other team members, to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables to clients
Create and maintain project timelines, considering task dependencies, resource availability, and potential risks.
Assign tasks to team members, communicate clear expectations, and monitor progress against deadlines.
Regularly update task statuses, identify bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to address any issues or risks that may arise.
Ensure efficient content production processes, including content creation, editing, and design, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients, providing regular project updates, addressing questions or concerns, and managing expectations.
Utilize project management tools such as Slack, , and Dropbox to facilitate collaboration, track progress, and manage project documentation.
Conduct regular check-ins or status meetings with team members and clients to keep them informed and gather feedback.
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices.
Stay updated with industry trends and project management tools to enhance project execution and team productivity.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a project manager in a content agency or similar industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Proficient in using project management tools such as Slack, , and Dropbox to facilitate team collaboration and project documentation.
Solid understanding of content production processes, including writing, video editing, design, and social media
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and meeting deadlines.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements.
Experience in remote work or managing remote teams is a plus.
Relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
