As our Assistant Property Manager, you will primarily be responsible for:

Collaborating remotely with our on-site team to ensure rent collection from residents.
Managing payments and disbursements to property owners.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in the PropertyMe property management system.
Responding to resident inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
Assisting with property inspections, maintenance coordination, and move-in/move-out processes, coordinating seamlessly with the Melbourne team.

???? Qualifications:
To excel in this remote role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Previous experience in property management or a related field.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, even in a remote work environment.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency with property management software, especially PropertyMe.
A reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
Experience working in Property Management for an Australian company a bonus.
