Deploys restaurant operational tactics; develops the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) based on area plans and discusses the performance expectations with the restaurant team
Monitors the restaurant’s performance in all KRAs and follows-through action plans
Reviews and approves the restaurant’s evolving business action plans

Sales strategy formulation, monitoring and evaluation
Plans and provides all operations support requirements for business channels, regular sales (DI/TO), New Products, Local Store Marketing
Monitor and evaluate ARM accomplishment and responsiblitity in terms of sales
Oversees new product (NP) launch, its implementation and monitors sales; provides feedback to AM for product process issues
Performs competitor checks and develops response proposals to AM
PROFIT
Overall NOI performance, compliance and evaluation based on target.
Oversees Dailies and FCPC target achivement and ARM performance based on assigned KRA
FSC
Overall Q-ICORE Implementation
Implementation and evaluation of : BNS, FSC & ROS
Checks FSC and GSC compliance of the restaurant; develops and implements action plans with the AM for identified deviations
Recommends renovation/civil works for restaurant facelift and equipment replacement
Tracks monthly FSC feedback, analyzes results and provides product/service improvement recommendations
Handles customer complaints resolution based on standards and elevates to AM when needed; analyzes complaints and develops action plan, implements and monitors execution
PEOPLE
Studies and recommends manpower requirements to AM and adheres to approved restaurant manning requirements
Oversees processing of employee movements of the restaurant team
Prepares and implements the restaurant’s Succession Plan
Creates Individual development plans based on competency assessment and individual performance; implements L&D and coaching plans, and monitors achievement of developmental objectives or milestones
Implements the Manager Training Systems (MTS)
Implements and evaluates employee engagement programs at the restaurant
Oversees facilitation of employee issue resolution and implements the disciplinary action process for the restaurant team
Acts as point of contact (POC) in Crisis Management and Media Handling
Conducts performace evaluation for core values of management team
Conducts MT certification courses; certifies workbook coach/es
Coaches the restaurant management team in operations execution
CASH CONTROL
Checks compliance to cost control standards (i.e. inventory, cash control, GR compliance )
Overall implementation and monitoring of PCF policy, standard and target achievement
Develops cast control initiatives and measures based on the manual
In-charge in acquiring at least 85% on cash control audit
PCO
Acts as Pollution Control Officer
Oversees implementation of CP2P. Serve as the CP2P Team Leader.
Monitorstoreactivitiesandimplementoperationalcontrolmeasurestomanageandcontrolsolidwastes,waterpollution&airpollution with the end in view of ensuring compliance to the applicable DENR standards.
Supervise the proper operation and maintenance of pollution control facilities of the store.

Acts as Occupational Safety and Health Officer
Cascade occupational safety health measures and guideline to team member
Prepare required OSH reports by DOLE
Oversees full implementation of OSH Policy
OTHERS
Monitor compliance to government regulatory permit and license
Performs other job, tasks or expertise related assignments in order to develop one’s self and/or share one’s expertise to support operational efficiency
