Job Overview:
We seek a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and online marketing support to our CEO. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, experience in online marketing, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.

Minimum requirement:
The ideal candidate must exhibit the following qualities:
-Flawless written and spoken English.
-Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
-Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
-Experience in virtual assistance or online marketing.
-Self-starter and problem solver.
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated and proactive.
-Experience with Google Suite and project management tools.
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred requirements:
The ideal candidate will also have:
-3+ years of experience in online marketing and virtual assistance.
-Proven track record in B2B service growth.
-Proven track record in social media growth, preferably on LinkedIn or Twitter.
-Experience in SEO and conversion rate optimization.
-Familiarity with CRM tools such as Mailchimp.
-Experience in project management.
-University degree.

0-12 months:
In your first year, you will:
-Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and administrative tasks.
-Conduct online research and provide insights to support business decision-making.
-Participate in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns.
-Handle travel planning and real estate research.
-Create engaging social media content and manage media accounts.

6-24 months:
As you progress, your responsibilities will include:
-Taking on small projects and leading remote team members.
-Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and plans.
-Monitoring website performance and conducting SEO analysis to improve traffic and conversion rates.
-Managing customer relationship management (CRM) tools to support sales and marketing efforts.
-Assisting with financial reporting and analysis.

18-24 months:
As a seasoned professional, you will:
-Lead a full-time team and manage day-to-day operations.
-Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and expansion.
-Identify and pursue opportunities for new business development.
-Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
