Job Description

The Assistant to the CEO will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of various functions within the organization. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Planning:
– Develop and implement campaigns for social media, email, and marketing using proven data structures to ensure effective outreach and engagement.
2. Project Management:
– Oversee and coordinate the activities of the video production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
– Manage the marketing team to execute strategic marketing initiatives and achieve set goals.
– Supervise the development team to ensure projects are aligned with business objectives and delivered on time.
3. Content Editing and Optimization:
– Edit and enhance content to maximize impact and reach, ensuring it meets brand guidelines and objectives.
4. Sales Presentations:
– Create engaging and visually appealing sales presentations that effectively communicate key messages without causing ‘death by PowerPoint.’
5. Sales Copy Creation:
– Develop persuasive sales copy that drives engagement and conversions.
6. Email Management:
– Please handle the CEO’s email communications, making sure that the right responses and proper organization.
7. Social Media Management:
– Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and follower engagement.
8. Reporting:
– Generate comprehensive reports using tools such as Google Analytics and YouTube Analytics to track and present key performance metrics.
9. Customer Support and Service:
– Provide exceptional customer support, manage sales chat, and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
2. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in content editing, social media management, and report generation.
5. Ability to create compelling presentations and sales copy.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
8. Proficiency with Google Analytics, social media platforms, and other relevant tools.
9. Must be able to work 8am to 5pm Mountain Time Zone
