Assistant to the Senior Video Editor (B-roll Specialist)

Hello,

We’re looking to add an extra junior video editor to join our growing team. The right person specializes in finding the right B-roll for our Senior Video Editor so we can complete the video editing project efficiently and in a timely manner. No advanced editing is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Beginner to Intermediate knowledge in video editing skills as you’ll need to gather and cut the b-roll
• Good eye for details since you’ll be required to choose the correct b-roll for each topic
• Great understanding of current video editing trends and creatives
• Experience in finding B-roll on Youtube, Canva Pro, Envato, etc.

OUR OFFER:

-$3.5 / hour with compensation increase depending on performance
-Opportunity to transition from project-based, to full-time employee

IMPORTANT INFO:

-You will need to find your own b-roll but we will provide you with access to Canva Pro + Envato + Ad Spy tool
-You will eb required to gather all essential B-roll for each project within 1-2 days
-We will also train you on how to find the best B-roll
-We will support you from start to end

1-Do you have a portfolio clearly demonstrating the required skills? If yes, pls provide a link.
2-Are you okay with spending hours gathering the right B-roll in different platforms?
3-Do you have experience in making videos? If yes, how many years?
4-Are you willing to participate in an unpaid test project where you’ll be gathering B-roll for a 30-second video?
5-How many hours are you available to work each day?
