Seeking Transaction Coordinator for US Property Advisors Real Estate Investment company. No experience is necessary.
We are a Real Estate investment company in the United States. We do virtually everything and have processes and training for prospective Assistant Transaction Coordinators.
We are seeking someone with experience in real estate and served in Transaction Coordinator duties listed below. You must be a good writer, researcher of the right paperwork to be drafted and filed, and an excellent communicator on the phone who can think on your feet, respond to people well over the phone, and be fluent in English so they can understand and connect with U.S.-based customers, attorneys, and vendors.
Working Hours
• Flexible but active from 8 am-5 pm EST
• Set Hours for 40 hours per week from Monday through Friday

Duties:
Documents and Addendums
o Property Task Tracking in our Real Estate Deal flow CRM called Asana.
o File memorandums related to property.
o All amendments (templates, draft, and final) related to property.
o Support Transaction Coordinator in preparing documents.
o Find and interface with attorneys or other experts in the local vicinity of the property.
o List and market property
o Monitor Slack channel for additional tasks.
Note Service and Rent Management
o Reviewing who has paid and who has not paid.
o Contacting people who have not paid fees.
o Sending and drafting follow-up notices.
o Finding a local assistant to post a notice on the door.
o Finding an attorney for eviction or repossession
o Pull reports.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the job must be able to do the following:
1. Start work ASAP
2. Fluent in spoken and written English and be very easy to understand.
3. Frontload the training portion with heavy hours, and then back off the hours once you’re trained.
4. A hard worker who rarely misses work
5. Monitor and manage daily calls, responses, and related tasks to move forward with buying or selling of property.
6. Daily and active communication (over Slack) related to Documents and Addendum Submission and Researcher tasks.
7. Motivated by Bonuses and willing to work hard to make themselves and the company profitable.
8. Be able to watch tutorial videos and follow simple step-by-step instructions.
9. Have a reliable, fast internet connection and backup power.
10. Have a quiet home office with a quality headset and webcam (for Zoom calls)
11. Organized and detailed to manage properties assigned tasks within our software systems.
12. Hungry and eager to learn.
13. Supports and works with our core values and mission.
