Summary of Job

Summary of Job will be texting clients on instagram about inquires of products they’re interested in, showing them what’s in stock and helping them pick the right item to purchase. Filling out inventory on google sheets. Setting appointments for deliveries and meetups and if packages need to be shipped with our CRM Pipedrive. Organizing sheets of who purchased what profits were made and what items sold. This is all done working from home on a computer or phone.

Best candidate

The best candidate would be someone who loves talking to people and really likes sales because this is a salary base job with commission per sale. As well if you like working from home this is a really good job for you as well because everything is done form a computer and a phone. If you love fashion and clothing this is a really good job for you because that’s what we sell essentially.

job responsibilities

– messaging customers and helping them out with what to purchase
– Organizing inventory
– Setting meetups or organizing orders for shipment
-Tallying everything sold with profits
-Must be able to work weekends
– Able to work at evenings and night is a plus

qualifications needed and nice to haves
-Must speak, write, read English fluently (Fast leaner to slang words is a bonus sheet will be given to you aswell)
– Must have some epirience in either customer service, assistant VA or In a retail environment. (bonus to people in sales)
– Nice to have a person that can understand and talk to different types of people differently
Nice to have if you can sell ( every sale you make is a bonus in commission)
