Assistant (Video Content)

We seek a motivated and creative Video Content Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in elevating our online presence on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. You will collaborate closely with our content creator to edit videos, maintain a consistent content schedule, and ensure the quality and engagement of our content. Accountability, attention to detail, and a passion for video editing are key attributes for the ideal candidate.

Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing:

Edit and enhance video content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok platforms.
Ensure videos are engaging, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand identity.
Add captions, transitions, and effects to optimize viewer experience.

2. Content Calendar Management:

Collaborate with the content creator to develop a content calendar.
Schedule and organize video releases to maintain consistency and engagement.
Assist in brainstorming and planning content ideas and themes.

3. Accountability and Follow-Up:

Help keep the content creator on track with content production goals.
Monitor progress and deadlines, ensuring timely content delivery.
Suggest improvements and adjustments to enhance content quality.

4. Social Media Engagement:

Monitor and engage with our audience on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Respond to comments, and messages, and interact with viewers to build a community.

5. Communication and Collaboration:

Maintain clear and open communication with the content creator.
Provide regular updates on content progress and performance.
Collaborate on creative ideas and strategies for content improvement.
Requirements:

Proven experience in video editing, especially for social media platforms.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for content creation.
Strong communication skills.
Accountability and a proactive approach to tasks.
Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok platforms.
