Assistant with Startup, Financial, and Advertising Experience to support the CEO directly

We are a dynamic startup operating at the intersection of finance and advertising. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced assistant to support our growth and help streamline our operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Documentation Management:Maintain and organize company documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
– Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):Develop, implement, and update SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
– Document Updates:Regularly review, proofread and update internal documents to reflect current processes and practices.
– Calendar Management:Manage and optimize the calendar, setting priorities to ensure timely achievement of targets.
– Research:Conduct comprehensive research to support business initiatives, including market analysis and competitive intelligence.
– CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
– Appointment Setting:Schedule appointments via cold calling and other outreach methods to generate leads and support sales efforts.
– Marketing Support:Assist with Facebook ads and other marketing efforts (previous marketing experience is required).
– Proofreading:Ensure all documents and communications are grammatically correct and professionally written.
– Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment.
– Independent Thinking: Exhibit independent thinking to solve problems and support the CEO directly.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience working with startups.
– Background in financial and advertising spaces.
– Degree in Business, Marketing is preferred
– Strong organizational and documentation skills.
– Ability to create and update standard operating procedures.
– Excellent calendar management and prioritization skills.
– Strong research capabilities.
– Experience with CRM systems and managing customer data.
– Skilled in appointment setting through cold calling.
– Experience with Facebook ads and marketing is a plus.
– Tech-savvy with familiarity in AI tools and applications.
– Exceptional English grammar and proofreading skills.
– Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
– Capable of independent thinking and direct support to the CEO.
