– Assist the Project Manager and/or Director of Client Engagement with all assigned client projects.
Support in creating metric decks that are relevant to the project at hand and provide recommendations that will support Client
growth.
– Review metrics that are unusual when a project is in process; analyze the data to identify trends and garner insights.
– Provide training to team members to share new projects and programs and explain to them how they work, what their
benefits are and how to take advantage of them.
– Create SOPs for each new project and keep those SOP’s updated
– Create presentations, visual content and pitch decks to introduce new projects and explain the process and steps to follow.
– Prepare, develop and monitor projects, organize priorities and define timeframes
– Be able to do in-depth research on different topics and collect information from multiple sources and find the best procedure
for each project and the best solution for each issue.
– Prepare for and attend client or team meetings as needed.
– Being proactive and able to schedule meetings for both clients and team members to implement new procedures, follow up
on a current project or present results and data.
Job Requirements
3-5 years of relevant experience and proven ability to gather/analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications
Ability to lead, motivate, influence and supervise cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills; can work with details
Superior follow-up skills to ensure that actions are completed and issues are resolved in a timely manner
Team player that works well with others and can easily adapt to constant changing and dynamic environments
Experience working on an e-commerce (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.) industry
