We are seeking a motivated and standout candidate, who is willing to work alongside and be mentored by some of the brightest stars in the financial services sector as an Associate Financial Adviser / Admin Assistant.

The successful candidate will be hardworking, driven and have excellent communication skills.
You will be working closely with senior financial advisers to support them in providing high quality advice to new and existing clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high quality support and technical assistance.
Working alongside the Advisers in meetings, liaising between paraplanning and administration.
Preparing research for financial planners/brokers
Implementation of planning strategies
Preparation of paperwork for appointments
Arranging client appointments
Data entry
Direct communication with clients and stakeholders
Lodgement of applications for insurance, super and investment and finance
General ad hoc administrative tasks
The suitable candidate will have the following:
Experience in the Financial Services industry (at least 1-3 years’ experience in financial planning)
Degree qualified
Paraplanning experience
High level of proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite
High level of communication skills
Strong analytical, numerical, problem solving, and time management skills
Ability to work with financial planning software such as Xplan
