We appreciate your interest, but this role is specifically for experienced interior designers with a proven track record in residential Virtual Interior Design. If you don’t meet these requirements, this opportunity might not be the right fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Interior Design Expertise: Craft comprehensive Designed spaces that exceed client expectations, including:
• Inspired Mood Boards: Develop captivating mood boards that capture the essence of each client’s unique style and vision.
• Curated Shopping Lists: Source furniture, décor, and materials from top US vendors, creating detailed shopping lists with direct links for seamless purchasing.
• Functional Floor Plans: Design 2D floor plans that optimize space, flow, and functionality.
• Immersive 3D Renderings: Bring designs to life with stunning 3D renderings that allow clients to visualize their transformed spaces.

Qualifications:
– Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or any related field in addition to experience as an interior designer.
• Design Pro: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an interior designer, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional residential Interior Design projects.
• Tech-Savvy: Mastery of DesignFiles (or similar), Coohom (or similar 3D software), and proficiency in 2D design software.
• Sourcing Specialist: In-depth knowledge of furniture, décor, and material sourcing, with a strong preference for US-based vendors.
• Kitchen and Bath Expertise: Experience designing kitchens and bathrooms is a major plus.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, demonstrated by including “I AM A HUMAN” in ALL CAPS on the third line of your resume.
• Communication Pro: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Time Management Guru: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
