Job Overview:
As an Associate Interior Designer, you’ll transform client needs into beautiful, functional spaces. Working from detailed client profiles, you’ll source products, develop stunning mood boards, create 2D floor plans, and craft immersive 3D renderings. We value both design excellence and speed – your ability to produce high-quality designs swiftly will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design Execution: Translate client profiles and questionnaires into cohesive design concepts. Ensure designs meticulously match client preferences, style, and functionality.
• US Market Expertise: Demonstrate strong knowledge of the US interior design market and a deep understanding of US retailers. Source products exclusively from US-based sources to curate designs ideal for our clientele.
• Rapid Output Generation: Create visually compelling mood boards, accurate 2D floor plans, and realistic 3D renderings with exceptional speed. Efficiency is a core competency as you’ll be assessed on your weekly design output.
• Quality Commitment: Uphold the company’s quality standards with an unwavering attention to detail in every design element.
• Technical Proficiency: Must have mastery of design software such as Coohom, AutoCAD, and SketchUp to produce deliverables at a high pace. Utilize video conferencing tools (e.g. Zoom) effortlessly for team collaboration.
• Strong Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Effectively interpret client needs and collaborate with colleagues via online channels.
• Initiative & Time Management: Work independently, take initiative on projects, and manage your workload to consistently meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:
• Proven completion of an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Fluency in English: Exceptional command of both written and spoken English is essential.
• US Market Savvy: Proven understanding of the US interior design market, trends, and the ability to seamlessly source products from US retailers.
• High-Speed Internet: Maintain a reliable, high-speed internet connection to fully support your remote work environment.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a meticulous eye for accuracy through your work and by including the phrase “I AM A HUMAN” in ALL CAPS on the third line of your resume.
