Summary
As Content Coordinator, you will not only demonstrate exceptional graphic design skills but also provide leadership to a team of graphic artists and a video editor. You will be responsible for assigning tasks, overseeing projects, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of content. Additionally, you will act as a liaison with external stakeholders to gather content requirements and ensure alignment with our vision and brand guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of graphic artists and a video editor, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and the success of the team.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand content needs and objectives.
Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and expertise, and establish timelines for project completion.
Review and provide feedback on team members’ work to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines.
Coordinate with external partners, including clients, agencies, and freelancers, to gather content requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and content creation to continuously improve the team’s output.
Work closely with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment across all content initiatives.
Take on graphic assignments including brochures, presentations, social graphics, etc.
Take proactive ownership of work with a strong sense of autonomy, actively seeking new ways to enhance the brand and our content.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Proven experience (5 years) as a graphic artist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities.
Previous experience (3 years) in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a creative environment.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in graphic design and content creation.
