Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Associate to join our Media Buying team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient allocation of our brand building, advertising, and media buying efforts.

Responsibilities:
• Setup Meta, Tiktok, Google or any channel ads, and campaigns accurately according to the media plan or best practices
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging
• Monitor and optimize media campaigns to ensure delivery of the desired results according to the high-level strategy and plan
• Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to improve future media buying strategies
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and digital advertising technologies to identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns

Qualifications:
• Proven track record in media buying, preferably in the e-commerce digital marketing industry.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Meta Ads Management. Experience in Tiktok Ads and Google Ads will be an added advantage.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights to optimize campaigns.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and launch campaigns on time.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Work Arrangement:

This is a full-time position.

Official working hours: 9 am – 6.30 pm (SGT GMT+8), Monday – Friday (To be discussed for remote team members who operate on an 8-hour or more time difference)

There may be weekend shifts or late-hour shifts where the candidate may be required to oversee the coordinating and smooth running of our advertising plans.
