[Characteristics & Responsibilities:]
1. Content Creation: Develop and create course content, including written materials, videos, presentations, and graphics, tailored to people with no or basic IT skills.
2. Video Editing: Edit videos to enhance visual appeal and clarity using tools such as Canva, Doodly, or other video editing applications.
3. Quizzes and Assessments: Design and create short quizzes and assessments to evaluate the understanding of course materials.
4. Research and Reference: Find, process, comprehend and summarise data based on minimal input.
5. Content Simplification: Organize complex information into simple, comprehensible formats to facilitate effective learning.
6. Creative Design: Apply a good graphic sense to create visually appealing materials and presentations.
7. PowerPoint Proficiency: Efficiently create and design engaging presentations using PowerPoint.
8. Time Management: Dedicate 3-6 hours of focused work each day to meet project deadlines.
9. Language Skills: Exhibit strong written and oral English proficiency to effectively convey ideas.
10. Reliability: Demonstrate reliability in meeting deadlines and consistently delivering high-quality work.
11. Proactive Attitude: Take initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
12. High-pressure Resilience: Maintain composure and productivity in high-pressure situations.

[Qualifications:]
> 2+ years of teaching experience (Desired, not mandatory)
> Previous experience in course content creation, video editing, and quiz/assessment design is a plus.
> Sample work/s showcasing your content creation and video editing skills.
> Strong organisational and time management skills.
> Self-starter with a passion for exploring new ideas and simplifying complex topics.
> Creative mindset with a good graphic sense.
> Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Prior experience with Canva, ChatGPT (AI), Thinkific (LMS), Loom or similar applications will be recognised.
> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
> A proactive, strategic, and trustworthy attitude.
> Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanour.
> Availability for video calls with a clean background.

[Requirements:]

2. Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection (minimum 20MBPS download and 10MBPS upload speed) and a stable power connection.
3. Have access to a coworking space within an hour in case of power outage.
4. Two professional references and one personal/character reference who can vouch for you.
5. Available for 15-20 hours per week at the beginning with scope to increase after 3 months.
6. You can hold only one job i.e. if you are selected, you need to commit work only for us (and no one else).
7. Available to start this job immediately.
8. A high-speed computer capable of handling multiple browser tabs, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and other applications ‘all open at once’. Minimum configuration: 16GB RAM, 3.3GHz i3 Processor, 256 SSD, Basic graphics card.
9. Two monitors + HD camera + headphones with noise cancelling microphone.
10. A smart Android mobile phone or iPhone purchased within the last three years.

[What’s provided?]
The salary for this role will be determined based on the quality and skills of each applicant and will be presented during the interview process. This will be between PHP 17,000 and 25,000 per month for 40 hours/week at pro-rata basis based on the hours you work per month. You will get access to training + learning portals worth AUD $10,000.

High-performing individuals will be eligible for a salary increase following the completion of their 3-month probationary period and on an annual basis thereafter.

Note: You will be given access to our training portals. Initially, you will receive support to perform your tasks, but afterwards, you will be expected to systemise and work independently. We will assist you in systemising certain tasks until you feel confident.
