Job Requirements:
– A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics.
– Skill in turning complex scripts into clear and engaging 2D motion graphic sequences.
– A portfolio showcasing a style similar to that of renowned editors like Ali Abdaal and Alex Hormozi.
– Expertise in motion tracking, rotoscoping, and compositing.
– Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic knowledge of Premiere Pro.
– A keen interest in the latest trends and updates in the motion graphics field.
– A creative mind for visual storytelling, design, composition, and color aesthetics.
– Excellent command of English
– Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
– Capacity to work under tight deadlines and manage workflows efficiently.
Workflow Insight:
Join our team and dive into a streamlined and collaborative content creation process. Here’s a peek into the workflow you’ll be part of:
– Depending on the project, you’ll receive the voiceover audio files and scripts, which will be your blueprint. Or, you’ll receive the unedited footage, audio files and scripts for ‘on camera Talking Head’ style videos.
– Using the provided materials, either create a captivating animation &/or edit the video into a polished, YouTube/TikTok/Instagram-ready first draft.
– We’ll provide you with guidance for revisions (in needed)
How to Apply:
– Send us samples relevant to our style: Talking Head Explainer Video and 2D Explainer Animation Video. A portfolio showcasing a style similar to that of renowned editors like Ali Abdaal and Alex Hormozi is ideal
– let us know if you can play guitar. We ask this because one of the brands you’ll be working on is a guitar teaching site and we’ve had designers in the past that will use bass guitars instead of electric guitars, or do the chord charts incorrect. having even just a basic knowledge of the guitar makes this process much easier.
