Appointment Setters (ISA Phone Agents) hold a key role in setting appointments for inbound leads on behalf of our clients. We are looking for long-term employees who are willing to eat, sleep, and breathe Infinity Clients. This role has unlimited potential, both in earnings and professional growth, therefore we will be extremely selective in this

Appointment Setters are responsible for the calling and setting appointments of inbound leads on a day-to-day
basis for our clients. You will be managing multiple client accounts acting as their front desk setting appointments for leads that want to book in for various treatments our clients offer.

Appointment Setters (ISA Phone Agents) are actually virtual front-desk operatives who will control an important part of our clients business.

You will have a high degree of autonomy and accordingly, a high level of responsibility. You must be extremely self-motivated and accept nothing less than the greatest levels of performance from yourself.

What This Job Entails

– Managing client accounts being in charge of all inbound and outbound calls of any enquiries and most of all booking appointments on behalf of our clients.
– Responding to messages on a day to day from leads interested in learning more about the treatments we advertise and answering any further question before getting them booked in.
– Following up with leads that haven’t booked in yet and converting them into appointments
– Confirming appointments and sending out reminders to ensure leads show up.

Compensation
– Starting Monthly Salary: $4-$7 per hour USD ($640-$1000 Base)
– Generous Bonuses & Incentives included if you hit daily targets of a set amount of appointments (there is no limit to what you can earn)

– Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English
Required Experience
– 2 year experience working in a customer service or appointment setting preferred)
– Previous experience in working in a call centre or remote call centre preferred
