Tasks:
– Help our customers succeed and land in the inbox of their dream customers
– Tackle challenging issues related to email deliverability, from server optimization to troubleshooting complex customer issues.
– Collaborate closely with our technical and non-technical teams to innovate and implement solutions that push the boundaries of email marketing.
Requirements:
– Someone with a solid foundation in Linux administration and/or DevOps, who’s not afraid to dive deep into technical problems.
– A problem solver at heart, who views every challenge as an opportunity to learn and grow.
– A quick learner to learn the fundamentals of email deliverability (if necessary)
– Exceptional written english skills are crucial as you’ll help guide our customers through technical processes with ease.
