Primary Role:
Assist attorneys by managing and executing tasks at all stages of the litigation process, including calendaring, filing, legal research, and drafting.

Responsibilities:
– Assist with trial preparation, legal research, and document drafting for personal injury cases.
– Prepare witnesses and clients for depositions and court hearings.
– Manage financial aspects of cases, including settlement calculations and medical bill analysis.
– Serve as a liaison between clients, referral partners, and our legal team.
– Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accessibility and accuracy of documentation.
– Provide responsive and empathetic support to clients, keeping them informed about case progress.
– Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff for efficient case management.
– Other tasks as required by the Law Firm.

Experience and Qualifications:
– 5-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
– Proficiency in negotiations, strategies, and client management.
– Strong litigation experience is preferred.
– Familiarity with California/US Law (preferred but not required).
– Ability to work independently and conduct thorough legal research.
– Understanding of the insurance business and its implications in personal injury cases.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
