Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced attorney with a strong background in the Wealthcounsel platform. Additional general legal experience in any other areas, or willingness to provide general support as a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and manage a wide range of estate planning documents using Wealthcounsel software.
– Assist attorneys in preparing for client meetings, and drafting follow-up communications.
– Conduct legal research and support the legal team with miscellaneous taskings.
– Legal research and responsible use of AI (ie thoroughly fact-checking, cross-checking all case citations), etc.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in estate planning using Wealthcounsel; please indicate the duration of your experience with this tool in your application.
– Outstanding attention to detail.
– Ability to follow deadlines.
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
– Must use Timeproof.
Salary:
$10.00 per hour, with potential for bonuses during an initial probationary period. Potential for eventual full-time work if you do a great job.
