Attorney for Operations Management: Digital Agency for Lawyers

Hello –

We are a 25-year-old digital marketing company owned and operated by an attorney in the USA.

Half of our clients are lawyers.

We already have lawyers working for us in the Philippines on website content and other information.

We are seeking an experienced attorney with good business skills to work with us on the operations side of our business.

This role may be part-time, working 8:00 am – 12:00 noon NY hours, or full-time, working full-time 8:00 am – 4:00 pm NY hours.

Responsibilities:

– Grow and manage our team in the Philippines
– Lead and manage projects for digital marketing campaigns, targeting both legal and traditional business sectors.
– Oversee the overall operations of the digital marketing company, ensuring efficient workflow and project delivery.
– Coordinate with teams to strategize marketing campaigns for law firms and traditional businesses.
– Utilize legal expertise to enhance marketing strategies and ensure compliance within legal frameworks.
– Manage project timelines, resources, and team members to meet set objectives.

Requirements:

– Qualified attorney with experience in project management and operations.
– Proven track record of leading teams and managing projects effectively.
– Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to dynamic work environments.
– Commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting project deadlines.
– Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience in digital marketing or related field.
– Knowledge of legal marketing practices and strategies.
– Familiarity with both legal industry standards and general business marketing principles.
