Position Overview
We’re inviting a trained attorney to play an important role in our dynamic, high-performing international team. Reporting directly to our Senior Director of Contract Intelligence, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing our Philippines based contract annotation processes and contributing to the evolution of our proprietary contractual structure ontology. This is a full-time position with an expectation of 35 to 40 hours a week, and while we have flexibility around hours and time off for leaves and holidays you can expect regular online meetings with colleagues in Europe and the United States.

Responsibilities
Manage data annotation team projects, with responsibility for ensuring the delivery of accurate and high-quality data.
Take charge in developing and fine-tuning segments of our proprietary contractual structure ontology.
Work hand-in-hand with our international product development team, cultivating a culture centered around excellence, growth, and collaborative innovation.

Desired Characteristics for a Successful Candidate
– Education: A Juris Doctor or equivalent experience in a related field is a must-have.
– Detail-Oriented: Exceptional ability to delve into the complexities of legal documents and distill essential insights.
– Expertise in Contracts: A strong understanding of contract law and legal frameworks is essential – experience with US and European contracts is a plus.
– Communication Prowess: Clear and professional articulation of ideas, feedback, and directions. Mastery of the English language is a requirement.
– Leadership Skills: A proven track record in effectively managing and steering teams to success.
– Team Player: Ability to work with international teams.

Location
Philippines-based, fully remote.

Compensation
Offering an hourly rate of $12 as a Philippines based contractor.
