We are looking for someone that fits the following role of an AU Payroll Admin / Specialist that can start ASAP!
I have just put together a brief overview of the job requirements below. Please Note – This is not a freelance position/ not available for outsourcing to other staff. This role is solely for Full-time (40 per week) during working hours.

Essential Position Requirements:
Availability to work 40 hours per week. 9 AM to 6 PM (AEST)
Has a high level of written English and strong communication skills (as you will be required to communicate with Employees & Client).
Xero & Payroll Certified – minimum of 1 year experience (required)
Excellent Microsoft Suite skills (required)
Is able to work from home with good quality internet and speed of at least 20 – 30 Mbps. (Please provide a screenshot)
Take a job from start to finish with accuracy and have the ability to query results & do checks for reasonableness. (We will not micro-manage as much as possible)
Ability to be flexible with workload and move from job to job if required.
Ability to accomplish tasks/jobs on or before the deadline.
Honest and reliable, with a good sense of humour.
Committed and looking for a long-term work relationship and opportunity to grow.
Bookkeeping & Payroll
High level Xero Bookkeeping and Payroll skills with an ability to work across a wide range of businesses. (required)
Detail-oriented especially with Invoicing and bill processing. (required)
Payroll Preparation, processing pay run (weekly & fortnightly). Processing and payment of super. Finalise through to year-end finalisation & STP. (required)
Can complete a client’s bookkeeping, following previously used processes and keeping tidy and accurate data. (required)
A minimum of 1 year of Australian Accounting and Taxation experience. (negotiable)

Last note: As this is a 100% permanent work-from-home set-up, you must have your dedicated area to work (preferably a separate room) and you have to provide your own Computer equipment with an extra 1 monitor, camera and own headset.
