Senior Accountant | Full-time | Virtual | Australian Based Accounting Practice??
Salary: Between 90,000 and 100,000 Pesos per month (depending on Experience)
Experience: 5+years of experience – Australian Tax Accounting
Training: The successful person will be provided with in-depth training and potential for career development available.
Hours: 37.5hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST/AEDT ?(Holidays aligned to Australia with additional Philippine holidays agreed to)
Location: The candidate will be working from home?
Start Date: Flexible, or as soon as possible

Job Summary

As a Senior Accountant, you will be a fundamental key player within our team. You will be responsible for undertaking the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for sole traders, partnerships, trusts and small companies.
You will have strong knowledge of current Australian taxation legislation You will also be involved in refining company procedures and will be required to work solely and exclusively for our firm.
Duties and responsibilities
Data entry and bank reconciliation
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
Preparation of annual financial reports
Preparation of income tax returns
Job Qualifications
A positive attitude and willingness to be trained and mentored is required.
A highly efficient and organised accountant and tax specialist, with strong attention to detail.
Enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience by providing support to other team members.
Sound knowledge and experience in Australian taxation
CPA qualified
Highly efficient and organised, complete work efficiently and in a timely manner
Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
Must be motivated, proactive, and persistence
Great communication skills
Willingness to learn and embrace technology
Software Skills/Experience (Preferable but not necessary)???
