Audio Editor (Podcast Focus)

Hello! I’m an experienced podcast editor with a passion for storytelling and audio excellence. As my projects grow, I’m in search of an Assistant Audio Editor to help bring our episodes to their highest potential. Role Overview:
In this role, you will support me by taking on editing tasks, allowing us to increase our production quality and output. Your primary responsibility will be editing podcast episodes using Reaper, focusing on refining audio content by removing filler words, long pauses, and any mistakes to enhance listener engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in editing 2 hours of audio content per 5-hour shift, delivering final edits in RPP format.
Collaborate closely with me to streamline editing workflows and contribute to the overall production process.
Engage in additional audio tasks as needed, with comprehensive guidance and support provided to help you succeed.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong English language skills, capable of editing English content with precision.
Some experience in audio editing is preferred, particularly with Reaper, but I am open to training a dedicated individual who is eager to learn and grow in the field.

Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to varying project needs with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Interest in a collaborative working relationship and long-term growth in audio editing and podcast production.
