Job Description

Our Client is looking for a Technical Support / Customer Service Specialist in a video streaming and production solution industry focused on providing affordable and quality video products. Champion on providing top-notch customer support and high quality yet affordable Audio/Video equipment.

Responsibilities:

–CSR/TSR’s main task is to offer a full range of customer service to assigned Clients, by phone, or email. The full range of customer service includes handling incoming calls and outgoing calls.
–Interview clients to gather information useful in providing recommendations and solutions to a technical problem.
–Provide daily technical support services such as installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of our products. Receive customer calls to provide step-by-step guidelines for the resolution of a technical issue Document and track customer issues using a ticketing system to ensure quick resolution
–Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
–Stay abreast with technological developments and trends
–Educate customers on the features of company products/services to minimize technical challenges Follow-up on customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved
–Produce periodic reports of technical support operations to company management.
–Performs other related duties as assigned. Additional responsibilities may be added as the needs of the business change and expand:
Provide support for the creation of training and marketing collaterals including blogs, tutorial presentation, and video creation

Requirements:

–Willing to work US/GY Shift
–Bachelors’ engineering, technology, or science, or combination of education and experience is an advantage. Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, small team environment
–Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
–Experience with CCTV cameras, a security camera is an advantage.
–2-4 years proven experience in a technical service or support role
–Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
–Ability to quickly understand complex or technical concepts
–High-energy self-starter as well as a collaborative team player
–Effective, strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written

Work from Home Set-up

–Stable internet service is a must. The primary internet should be wired on a FIBER connection with a download/ upload minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
–Should have a backup internet solution – LTE Mobile Data or Pocket WIFI
–A desktop Computer or Laptop preferably with Intel i5 or equivalent processor, Windows 7 and above or MAC OSX OS, 8GB RAM
–A good headset with an extended microphone and noise cancellation is preferred Good external or integrated webcam
