Audio-Visual Effects Specialist

We are seeking a creative and skilled YouTube and Social Media Manager to join our team. Our content is mature hypnosis content. It has a Vtuber element and the channel is for a female client. You will be responsible for transforming audio hypnosis recordings into engaging videos, creating spiral graphics, incorporating audio layering and binaural beats, managing the YouTube channel, handling the social media presence, and managing the Patreon page. This role includes video editing, graphic design, social media posting, community management, and strategic content planning.

The biggest priority will be ability to make compelling content which will include hypnotic spiral content (Black and white spiral animations with special effects) as well as advanced audio layering with binaural beats and a female voice.

Responsibilities:

Edit and enhance audio hypnosis recordings into high-quality videos with mature themes.
Create custom spiral graphics and incorporate them into videos.
Use audio layering techniques and binaural beats to enhance hypnosis recordings.
Add effects, transitions, and graphics to create engaging content.
Create and design thumbnails, intros, and outros for videos.
Schedule and post videos on YouTube and Patreon according to the content calendar.
Write engaging video descriptions, titles, and tags.
Design graphics for videos, Patreon updates, and social media posts.
Reply to comments and messages on YouTube.
Manage and engage with Patreon subscribers, providing weekly updates and exclusive content.
Analyze performance metrics to understand what content performs best.
Collect and respond to feedback from the audience to guide future content creation.
Develop strategies to grow the fanbase and increase engagement across all platforms.

Requirements:
Proven experience in video editing and graphic design.
Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Experience with audio editing, including layering and binaural beats.
Ability to create custom spiral graphics.
Experience managing YouTube channels and Patreon pages.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Comfort and professionalism working with mature hypnosis content.
Working Hours and Compensation:

Part time
Hourly rate: $8~ depending on experience and skills.
