We are expanding our team and looking for committed professionals with a background in Australian Broker Support, Loan Processing, and Financial Services. As a Broker Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring the swift and accurate processing of loans, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
– Core Business Understanding: Profound knowledge of various loan types, the loan broking process, and lender-specific requirements.
– Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain up-to-date records, manage customer communications effectively, and ensure seamless loan closings.
– Customer Engagement: Prepare and assist in customer correspondence and welcome packs. Accurately create and manage loan records in the CRM.
– Documentation and Compliance: Responsible for the comprehensive management of essential documents and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
– Valuation and Reporting: Manage valuation orders and property reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
– Data Entry and Lodgement: Input application data into CRM & ApplyOnline, prepare compliance documents, and ensure meticulous file preparation and lodgement.
– Communication: Maintain consistent follow-ups with customers for documentation and coordinate with lenders to ensure smooth loan progression.
– Loan Lodgement and Management: Demonstrate expertise in structuring loan applications, conducting serviceability calculations, and efficiently submitting applications.
– Settlement Coordination: From Approval to Settlement, ensure diligent follow-up with lenders and coordinate with external stakeholders to guarantee smooth settlements.
– Post-Settlement Service: Manage additional services like loan top-ups, variations, and banking arrangements, addressing customer queries effectively.
Qualifications:
– Experience: Minimum 2 years of end-to-end experience in Australian Mortgage Loan Processing is required.
– Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.
– Analytical and Organisational Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to organise work efficiently.
– Educational Background: A degree in Finance or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of college education is required.
– Certification: Cert IV in Financial Services is an advantage.
